Middle Carr Consultants, Ltd. (MCC) is an independent consultancy that helps UK manufacturers to reduce costs, increase capacity, sales and profits, through outsourcing of existing production lines to lower-cost locations, or sourcing of components and products from suppliers in lower-cost countries. MCC aim to provide highly professional services in supplier research, component or product sourcing, manufacturing outsourcing, project management, consulting, marketing and promotional solutions.

Our activity is currently focused on building a bridge between the UK market and businesses in lower-cost countries by connecting UK-based manufacturers with suppliers from lower-cost countries. Our growing network of supplier contacts, consultants and associates in different parts of the world provide a wide base of manufacturing processes, skills, knowledge, choice and up-to-date information for meeting UK clients’ needs. We have experience of finding and working with suppliers in a range of countries, in particular China, India, and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, such as Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Rumania and Turkey.

The manufacturing processes covered are a wide range, including electronic assemblies, membrane switches, plastic injection mouldings, mould tools, metal press parts, electro-mechanical assemblies, forgings and steel fabrications.
